IVY+OAK Cancellation Policy

At Ivy + Oak, we deeply value the livelihood of our staff and their time. To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Cancellations (within 48 hours): Deposits for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. 
  •   Cancellations (more than 48 hours in advance): Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. 
  •   No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the remaining balance in full, which is non-refundable.

IVY+OAK Cancellation Policy

Ivy + Oak respects the livelihood of our staff and therefore has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Our staff only receive payments for services rendered and late cancellations impact their livelihood as they are often unable to fill your vacated booking. 

To book online, customers are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total service to hold a reservation on our books. Deposits are non-refundable. Customers who wish to move/reschedule an appointment must do so before the 48-hour cancellation window to keep their deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if not rebooked within 2 weeks of the original service.

Customers can reschedule their appointment online up to 72 hours prior to their appointment or may call the salon for assistance.“No Shows” or Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be charged the full price of the service.
