At Ivy + Oak, we deeply value the livelihood of our staff and their time. To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
- Cancellations or No Shows: If an appointment is cancelled or if you do not attend, the remaining balance will be charged.
- Rescheduling within 2 Weeks: If you need to reschedule your appointment within a 2-week window from the original date, your deposit will be carried forward to the new appointment.
- Rescheduling Outside of 2 Weeks: If you reschedule your appointment outside of the 2-week window, a new deposit will be required.
- Cancellations in Advance: If you cancel your appointment several weeks in advance, there will be no additional charge, but the deposit will still be held.
