Scott has over 20 years in the professional industry as a Master Haircolorist, International Educator and Salon Owner. He has always believed greatness can be felt in a hard day’s work surrounded by people who push each other to grow. When he isn’t working in the salon, he enjoys exploring nature with his husband and 3 dogs.

ABOUT SCOTT:
“I’ve always been incredibly career driven, wanting to push myself to reach for the stars. I spent nearly a decade training stylists with Redken Professional and that became the foundation for who I am today. After my time at Redken, I was sought out by L’ANZA Haircare to join their brand and grow the education curriculum for other artists like myself. It was one of my greatest accomplishments to be the Global Director of Education for them.
Not only do I love their products, but I had the joy of working with hundreds of artists from all over the world, making connections and building skill sets – including my own. Now I get to pour my heart and soul into making Ivy + Oak the dream team I’ve always wanted.”
IDEAL CUSTOMER:
I look forward to meeting clients who are ready to put their trust in me. I’m confident in any hair type, length or style so for me it’s more about those that are willing to invest in my recommendations. From using the right products to creating the most suitable style, I want to collaborate and build a long-term relationship of proper care.
HIDDEN TALENTS:
I think the two other things I love in life as much as hair would be gardening and animals. My mom bestowed her “green thumb” on me and it has become a space to find peace and comfort. The greenery around the salon is my way of bringing that skill into my everyday work life. The ultimate dream for me, though, would be to have an animal sanctuary. The 3 dogs we have now are so special to me and I could only wish for the space to be able to adopt more and give them the life they deserve.
